Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. Career growth is very slow. Less chances to work in latest technologies. Even though they are recruiting testers having both manual and good automation skills, the chances to work in automation is very less. Employees will get exposure only to manual testing and management side. To get hands on experience in new technologies is very less. Promotes self study but getting time for it is very less due to increased work pressure.
