The HR Rajeeb Biswas is a lier, he never stand by his words. No Professionalism. No one else will be there to support you in case of any problem. Limited career growth opportunity.

Q3 have lots of project on latest technology and some are running for a very long time. so if you want to work on different technology and improve this would be a better place for you.

appraisals are slow process , no oraganised work from management and hr people.

In every sense the experience of working with Q3 Technologies was good .. I worked more than 3 years with Q3 Technologies .. I learnt many things related to CMM level quality process and latest automation testing technologies that were very beneficial to increase my work experience and career growth.. Overall I will say working at Q3 Technologies, was positive and great :)

100% satisfaction of working at Q3 from my point of views and thoughts.. I have no dislikes for Q3 technologies because suggestions could not be dislikes.. and every fields need to be improved.

Very Poor work culture, poor HR policies.HR is very cheap and bad here ,Rajeeb Biswas is big lier and believe in sudden fire without informing, communicating, and deduct your bonus severance package everything. Very proudy and selfish manager, leads and CEO heads of company also here, hire and fire policy without giving notice period or notice period pay/severance pay nothing sudden layoffs. Labour court of India have to take strict action against these type of company who are creating and circulating this type of work environment in india and playing with employees career by deducting there salary bonus and making their bread. Due to this employee are facing mental harrasment pressure and many employees are commenting suicide also. Labour court have to take strict action against this type of unethical, unjustifiable action of companies do not take it lightly.
