Very Poor work culture, poor HR policies.HR is very cheap and bad here ,Rajeeb Biswas is big lier and believe in sudden fire without informing, communicating, and deduct your bonus severance package everything. Very proudy and selfish manager, leads and CEO heads of company also here, hire and fire policy without giving notice period or notice period pay/severance pay nothing sudden layoffs. Labour court of India have to take strict action against these type of company who are creating and circulating this type of work environment in india and playing with employees career by deducting there salary bonus and making their bread. Due to this employee are facing mental harrasment pressure and many employees are commenting suicide also. Work life balance is pretty decent and it mostly depends on team and client as it is service based company

Dislikes

As it is service based company so like other service company the salary and other benefits are bad and getting an increment is like getting an headache for next 4 month after work anniversary as there and there is no skill development here they only works on old tech stack and not interested on adopting new one.
