Need right communication n regular meeting, Zomato review, need action for guest complained, alway guest not right we need to set s.o.p. we can't change for guest.staff need revised salery structure as per market.

Growth is slow. There is no extra benefit, incentives. HR policy is very poor. There is appreciation for good work but, they do escalate in single matter.
