There are many pros of Pyramid. First and foremost thing among them is Salary, which gets credit last working day of every month. No restrictions on breaks. No dress code. No harassment. Everything is process oriented.

along with many pros, there are few cons also. Some of them are: Work environment is not friendly, incentive structure is not acceptable. Targets will be at peak but appraisals will not be as per expectations.

Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

Pyramid IT Consulting or any US staffing company, Please stay away from this industry. I know the condition of unemployment is worst nowadays. But if you have any other options, Please go for them.

Everything is bad, only 2 things are good incentives and salary on time.

No job security, lay offs without notice, non supportive management, unprofessional managers higher level are the worst Cost cutting, employees are the biggest liability of the company.

...good, . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Might be u get salary decent but carrier growth is too slow. If u want to do politics then u have to go there ,because without politics u can't survive there. Job security is not there.
