There are many pros of Pyramid. First and foremost thing among them is Salary, which gets credit last working day of every month. No restrictions on breaks. No dress code. No harassment. Everything is process oriented.

Dislikes

along with many pros, there are few cons also. Some of them are: Work environment is not friendly, incentive structure is not acceptable. Targets will be at peak but appraisals will not be as per expectations.

I worked with Mr. Lokendra pandey he is a good manager a supportive manager. Working with him is a great pleasure. They have good clients but all managers are not good few managers sleep at office asking others to work overtime and give more productivity.
