Work life balance is good, hybrid culture

  • Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Company’s budget is fixed and giving salary 35000 to 5yrs of experience. Appraisal are like peanuts. Don’t understand the value of loyal employee, they don’t believe in retain.

Dislikes

Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

Only salary credit on time rest nothing is good

Dislikes

They have massive politics; Higher management is very partial and unfair. They fire employees without any strong reason and when employee raise concern, they hold their f2f and documents. Entire HR Department including HR Head (Manjari) is involved in all politics and not even give chance to speak to the employee. I think she didn't deserve this position. They do not have proper facilities for the handicap employees, due to this they even not hiring such talented people because they can't facilited them.Very bad attitude of entire HR department.

Pyramid IT Consulting or any US staffing company, Please stay away from this industry. I know the condition of unemployment is worst nowadays. But if you have any other options, Please go for them.

Dislikes

No job security, lay offs without notice, non supportive management, unprofessional managers higher level are the worst Cost cutting, employees are the biggest liability of the company.
