There is no work life balance. They will assign 3-5 project at a time so that you need to work in weekend also, to match the delivery date. Hike and bonus total base on your bootlicker skills. Good bootlicker person got 3 rating than also got 30% but you got 1 rating and not good bootlicker than only 10%.

No work life . Whole day and weekend sometimes you need to work. No appreciation of good work. Only lobby with partner or their lobbies work Your promotion will be stopped if you are not in correct lobby.

... a client location missing out on a lot of events such as festivals, fun events. Package offered is less so not satisfied. Task given or volunteered have a unrealistic deadline.

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.
