Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Everything , no WLF, NO salary, not nice colleagues, very high expectations,

1. CTC offered is great for most of the employees. 2. Bonus is not included in CTC. 3. Quick appraisals.

Dislikes

1. Work culture. 2. Worst work life balance. 3. Worst company for Software Development. None of the best practices are followed in 90% of the projects. 4. They cheat with their clients. 5. They unnecessarily start software development without freezing the requirements. 6. 70% of people here are unprofessional. 8. Unlimited office politics.

Nothing is good in the advisory line of service. Unqualified manager/director commands on more educated guys. They'll be white washed from India soon because of their inefficiecy at the workplace.

Dislikes

...ng any personal favour. Leadership is choked in the advisory line of service. Salary is below average of the industry standard. Partners/Director do unlawful activities openly, I saw both my partner and director were involved in selecting unqualified candidates just because they are their family member. They just do fake promises. Nothing on paper means nothing has been said. (Giving this genuine advice to ask for signed copy if any promises are given) Micromanagement is in PwC's DNA. WORST COMPANY in terms of work life balance.
