They basically report to engagement teams who are located in different countries ( US & Europe). So the structure is like a Senior Manager working from India is afraid of an Associate sitting in UK. Now guess if you are an associate. Also no job security. They keep firing their employees for petty reasons.

Dislikes

No work recognition, no timely promotion, very less increment, peanut size bonus.

Likes

PwC is good in giving Salary. It gives the best salary in Industry.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is nothing good at PwC. No growth, no quality work, worst work culture, no promotion, no work life balance. They don't value their employees. Data entry work and too much pressure.

Just the petty tag of Big4 and being able to work for the biggest global companies.

Dislikes

... their favourite employees while you cannot take 5 days off for your wedding. 8. Single digit salary growth year on year. 9. No space to climb designations, the space is cluttered with old tenured employees. 10. The list is too long.

Likes

Professional working culture with less to no politics. Can learn a whole lot of things as the pressure given will be huge. Even if u fail at some task no one blames and u will get chances to correct it, also some senior will help out. Flexible work timings.

Dislikes

Pay is very less. Juniors get paid more than seniors. Promotion is very distant. Need 3 years before 1st promotion.

Only Salary and Work Life balance is good.

Dislikes

1. Company culture specially in west bengal.. If you buttering manager you will get good reward or rating. 2. There is so much uncertainty in WFH and WFO.. 3. One specific job you will work!! ONLY!!
