The process for offshore billing socks. The partner driven culture is good for small head count but be a big organization you much change the way it is right now.

Dislikes

Very toxic culture, some of the senior leaders in PwC's very own HR team lack basic work ethics & people management skills. Individuals in leadership roles are promoted based on their results but compeletely ignoring their behavioural aspects. I dont think this review would even matter to them.

Work life balance, US based clients, skill development, Cool relation between managers and Individual contributors

Dislikes

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Likes

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.
