1. Work culture. 2. Worst work life balance. 3. Worst company for Software Development. None of the best practices are followed in 90% of the projects. 4. They cheat with their clients. 5. They unnecessarily start software development without freezing the requirements. 6. 70% of people here are unprofessional. 8. Unlimited office politics.

Only thing that I like about this company, they provide so much benefits for their employer, gifts, bonus, if you want you could add even your X-wife or Husband to mediclaim, excets others etc, company think upto that much.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, too much pressure and there is no scope to reduce that, it's really depends in which dept. are you working on.

...en same respect as that of a Partner or a director or a managers no matter what. HIERACRCHY system was prevalent but without special attributes keeping the pay and the responsibilities aside for sure.

The main issue was not the firm but the specific client range(Traditional Pharma CSV) that we were provided or were fetched by our superiors. they were mainly monotonous rather than being lucratively creative in their approach, because of this aspect the potential client conversion ration was being affected to such a extent that bench time for whole team turned in for months,

Politics, disrespectful directors, slow career growth, meagre salary , never ending work timings, no weekends no holidays, they cause mental breakdowns to employee, don’t give leaves, insult employees family members horrible team

Likes

Job security is good and also the compensation benefits. The best part is the company motivates you to do certifications for which an individual is also rewarded.

Dislikes

Project work allocation could have been more synchronised as per an individual’s experience.
