The process for offshore billing socks. The partner driven culture is good for small head count but be a big organization you much change the way it is right now.

Dislikes

Very toxic culture, some of the senior leaders in PwC's very own HR team lack basic work ethics & people management skills. Individuals in leadership roles are promoted based on their results but compeletely ignoring their behavioural aspects. I dont think this review would even matter to them.

...gn company clientele and exposure to best global practices (atleast in theory).. good pay scales, work life balance

Dislikes

Top Heavy Organisation.. Partners who are in grown PWC products have over time grouped themselves politically licking the senior partners and so on and so forth.. in some small teams, one can even find the youngest team member, i.e., analysts licking to their seniors as that is the only protocol required other than being in the right groups.. if these jokers (the inhouse breed) are asked to practice without their brand, no one would stand them for more than 5 minutes. Low on business accumen - surviving purely on past goodwill, joining of Non-pwc bred partners and some ex- government officials and most inportantly Referral work from PwC network firms.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.
