Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.

Managers are super supportive. You get the freedom to work on your ideas and articulate them to the client directly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.
