i hve working with pvr 3 yrs, environment is very good , salary on time, skills & learning will update on time..

compensation is decent, sometimes i hve to work 12-14 hours in day also the evening shift is to long.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Women are respected and given the leveraged to work at their pace. Managers are good particularly Mr. Ravindra More who happens to be my Cinema General manager and Area manager, makes life easy and workplace comfortable to work in a flexible environment.
