They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment

Nice Work Environment Is Good. Team work Environment Staff Behaviour fabulous and Company policies Are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There every person are working as team mates . Fire and safety , Communication ,and few training is a part of company and very helpful for career growth.but there is only one issue that there is not like growth salary.

Only salary issue . salary package is very low.but every 1of month salary received.

No healthy work culture, full of politics, No proper salary or promotion growth,No skill development program, No Work stability. They are more towards paper formalities but ground reality is 0.
