They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment

Women are respected and given the leveraged to work at their pace. Managers are good particularly Mr. Ravindra More who happens to be my Cinema General manager and Area manager, makes life easy and workplace comfortable to work in a flexible environment.

... working environmental is very very nice. They support me in covid 19 lockdown .they giving me salary in 3 months .after 3 months they fired me .but this is not their fault.please rejoin my job it's my request to all management staff.

Even in such a difficult period were there is zero business the company is still paying us salary taking trainings on mental health and work knowledge because of which we feel lucky and thankful to be a part a of a Company like PVR

Having a job with no salary is as equal as being unemployed. Not even once the company asked about how are we doing in our lives with money. I've gone through such difficult time where surviving has become so difficult.
