...ots of knowledge of working like how to work and how give deplometic answer... Salary is good in Inox, company will give all travel expenses if someone work from other units....

Dislikes

Have multiple task but it's nothing like dislike if we can take in possitive it's benefits for us to learning different things

I am happy to working with Inox leisure ltd because they have protect our all rights as given salary in lockdown period and connect to us every time wia virtual meeting and give reply on mail or phone regarding every our query and confusion to enhance our confidence in this COVID-19 difficult period. My staff they are so supporting person I ever seen in my courier....

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, baises fo salary. Salary was too low hiring from outside they are giving nice salary but while giving promotion own so much low salary they giving and also doing 2 hrs extra work but not getting OT... But over all my all associate are very good they are full supporting person I didn't ever get like this associate in my hole life thanks to my all staff.....

They are ohk with policy procedures for corporate staff only.

Dislikes

No healthy work culture, full of politics, No proper salary or promotion growth,No skill development program, No Work stability. They are more towards paper formalities but ground reality is 0.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
