It would be beneficial if the bonus component of the salary component could be reduced, while the base salary component is increased. Expand the industry-approved certification program and allow employees to nominate themselves for certification.

I have had chances to grow professionally, work with great teams , and balance my work and life well. Pursuit stands out for its forward thinking and innovative approach in the industry. This is very terrible company after EY. Huge lot of work pressure given by Bhupendra Singh. He must be arrested. People from Pursuit are under much more overloaded work. Kolkata govt should take action against this company. They are putting all the new trainee into the live projects and giving huge lot of pressure. But the main thing is that they are paying XOXO points to the employee to give good ratings on different platform like glass door, Ambition Box, and Google reviews. Please do audit on paid reviews and the amount has gone to each employee who has given good reviews.

Huge work pressure. Bad work Environment. Bhupendra Singh tortures to each employee. Give freedom and ask each employee, 90% employee will say Bhupendra Singh is a rubbish Manager.

I have been working at Pursuit almost one year and it has been incredibly rewarded experience. The Team at Pursuit is very supportive.

The Company doesn't provide sufficient opportunities for carrier growth, It could be a significant point of dissatisfaction.
