There is no doubt that the compensation package appears attractive at first glance, however, it is important to note that the bonus component constitutes a significant portion (approximately 50%)of the total compensation package. If you do not meet the criteria, then you may not receive the variable pay . It would be beneficial if the bonus component of the salary component could be reduced, while the base salary component is increased.
