Global Expansion of Pursuit Software to Geographical area's like Northwest of Continental Europe and west of Britain. 8. H1B opportunities for Internal Employees giving Chance to gain Global Exposure. 9. High Employee mobility in terms of Cross Technical & Functional growth. 10. Zero Concept of Bench & Quick deputation of New Joiners (Lateral + Freshers) to Live Projects. 11. Freshers/Trainee's/Interns gets top to bottom, Left to right training on Live Projects and on the job trainings. 12. I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally. I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions. Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity. A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation. We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums. I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work. I don't say, its "The Perfect!" but we shall come forward together and lay down our hands to Improve, Enhance, Boost, Revamp, Advance rather than just criticize, disparage, attack, denounce, deprecate.

The salary system is poor. Too many variables that most times you are not eligible for. Few People there also don't understand technology but holding the top position gives unrealistic requirements for you to implement.

This is a startup Company. Only thing good about this company is that Salary is credited on Time. Meal Coupon's are also credited on time. Leave Policy is Fair with 24 Leaves the balance leaves get reimbursed.

Most offensive thing about this company is their is no value against commitment. People at Junior level have to wait for months and years to be assigned any project. After Joining i had to wait for more than a year to be assigned to a Project. Meanwhile Management will ask to take some training from senior people who are working on the Project. Their is a lot of Mistrust and backbiting at the senior level. Management will sometimes behave badly for no reason. Senior's were helpful at first but gradually shifted their focus. After few months of working i gave my resignation and during that time i was promised some trainings to upgrade my skill. However when i withdrew my resignation and continued promise was not kept. No fixed policy is there and most things are through negotiation. Hardly any parties or Team outings . Office Infrastructure is very poor. Cheap government leased Office which they try to use to the maximum. Any issue with Office infrastructure takes huge time to resolve if at all. Even internet service is poor in the Office. Toilet facility is also not hygienic.

...ount meeting time as work time. Worst manager Bhupendra Singh biased team lead . They hire at low package then management not put effort to assign you project according to your skill set they can put you anywhere whereever they want
