...t company pure software is helping me nor my client location company is helping. My pure software manager said there is always a first time which is for pay cut. You will join this company for pay and then they will cut your pay and will say there is always a first for everything

...our notice period. You are dead to them the 1st and last month of your tenure. - Salary is not always on time. - This is a STARTUP. Mid-level managers are too proud to admit this. But many of the executive suite during townhalls have admitted this. - Any and all offerings are contract based. Do not believe their lies. - Any promises made during interviews about multiple projects is just not true. I was asked to leave once the initial project finished. - Job security is null and void the moment your project finishes. This is true for ALL departments here. If you value yourself and do not wish to be unexpectedly let go, do not even think of joining here. - Any managers assigned to you, will only *attempt* to do the bare minimum. Mostly they will never correspond on time, and will be unavailable. I had not talked to my manager for a good few months in between my tenure. - Their "Company Portal" is FULL OF BUGS. It looks like they hired a third party contractor to build it up but forgot to do provide any maintenance on it. Very very disheartening to see a sad legacy portal. Signs of a new/troubled/struggling company. Please consider thinking THRICE before joining this hell hole. You don't need to believe me, but filter reviews by 1 star. They are all speaking the truth.

They dont pay salary if you take sick leaves no matter how sick you are. There is nothing like sick leaves. On just 3rd day of my sick leave they had withdrawn the laptop provided to me. Moreover they held my salary without any discussion and finally terminated saying client is not happy due to my absence. Even they have digested interview incentives and finally provided termination letter with lots of negative feedbacks. Please never ever join this company. The HR is the most cruel thing here.

the only thing good about them is that you don't have to deal with them once you get assigned to a project and start working, because they will throw you to the client with no support to whatsoever, you will even start feeling like you are not puresoftware's employee and the client has employed you, which is a good thing considering how terrible of a management they have and equally terrible and deceptive people.

...their clients are pretty chill that's why I gave 3 starts to work life balance for salary and benifit, there is only salary and no benifit, other that the mandatory stuff(epf and insurance) which I don't even count as benifit they put client on pedestal, all companies value clients a lot but the amount of client simping that I have seen here is unreal, it's like they are scared of them they can't even tell them that someone has left the company and keep on billing in their name meanwhile forcing other employees to do the work assigned to that person(who isn't even in the company anymore)

...client are a bunch of jerks involved in money extortion and employee harassment. Never ever join this company, they have bench period and they give excellent salary only to extort money later after adjusting your salary in recovery. No one is erudite to speak with, no employee hearing.
