Nothing to like.. Everything seems to be unprofessional. Don't ever think to join this company unless you want to have most pathetic & unprofessional experience.

...mmunication channels from HRs and they don't even communicate with one another - HR including HR heads have no knowledge on salary negotiation. Anyone can catch their lie when they say we can't afford to give the salary. - The funniest thing is They ask you to join in 2-3 days without providing offer letter. - They ask for 2 months salary if you resign to get experience letter and take courier charges too. - They will kick you off immediately if they have no projects even if you are Superman in your existing project. - The company is so bad that I quit early.

the only thing good about them is that you don't have to deal with them once you get assigned to a project and start working, because they will throw you to the client with no support to whatsoever, you will even start feeling like you are not puresoftware's employee and the client has employed you, which is a good thing considering how terrible of a management they have and equally terrible and deceptive people.

Dislikes

...their clients are pretty chill that's why I gave 3 starts to work life balance for salary and benifit, there is only salary and no benifit, other that the mandatory stuff(epf and insurance) which I don't even count as benifit they put client on pedestal, all companies value clients a lot but the amount of client simping that I have seen here is unreal, it's like they are scared of them they can't even tell them that someone has left the company and keep on billing in their name meanwhile forcing other employees to do the work assigned to that person(who isn't even in the company anymore)

...client are a bunch of jerks involved in money extortion and employee harassment. Never ever join this company, they have bench period and they give excellent salary only to extort money later after adjusting your salary in recovery. No one is erudite to speak with, no employee hearing.

Package offered would be good but they won't pay salaries. They don't share relieving letter after resigning. They threaten you with multiple rules and clauses which you never read. You can take a career break than joining this company because you endup with no experience or relieving letter. It's a terrific struggle with managers, hrs to receive it.

...son. From top to bottom, its a bunch of jerks making you work 24 hrs like slave. They offer high salary only to extort later.

They hire you only to extort money in name of buyout by givin the employee adhoc relieving and if you dont pay thet share legal notice. Please dont join, they will suck the life out of you. HR pallavi to every person at director level and client magic bricks, they are the most harassing you.
