The company provides all the possible facilities for their employees like salary on time, time-to time promotions, lunch facility, etc. The main thing is the atmosphere of the office. I really like the time when some puja or havan is going on, we feel so spiritua and pure at that point in time.

.... There is no politics in the company and you can do your work very freely mind. Everything is good, hike, bonus, promotion and there is also good working experience. There is a great environment. I am very happy to work here.

The director of Pure Vedic Gems is such a gentle human being. He is like our guradian and always tries to teach us a good lesson to us. We all are here very happy to work with him. It is such a great opportunity for all of us to work with a great personality. Our company provides pure and Vedic quality gemstones, Rudrakshas, and other vedic remedies to the customers. We always get good and nice comments from the customers. I personally feel so much peace and happiness here while working.

Dislikes

Working hours are too long. There is one hour extra from other places.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
