I join on December 2022 from that day life become hell due to Branch Manager Raman ,no proper training always treating like slave ,no payment according to work load.In kolkata branch no team work no employee satisfaction regarding job

Purchase department working Lot of knowledge improve, transportation and warehouse operations management handling , quality follow up and coordinate for dispatch department also i am earning knowledge .

This is tha chemical company but not having the canteen. Hr department is not supporting for workers and employee.

good opening for me to explore in sales field. organization utilized all available opportunities to grow in faster rate along with growing market and given all employees also enthusiasm, and created a talent pool for enthusiastic sales graduates and engineering graduates. Easy approach of top management with front level staffs connected the organization's goal in easy reach.
