...yees, yet give pages of organization lessons to employees in training and mails. Worst customer service, worst timings with average to below average compensation. I left the job within a year as I found it comfortable to stay unemployed than working here. I paid 3.5 lacs bond amount without even thinking for a moment as I did not wanted to ruin my life anymore. Worst ambience, cannot even provide clean washrooms and talk about swacch bharat movement nonsense. Management is more than corrupt, they are proud traitors of this country.

Frequent transfers to remote villages create hell lot of family problems and other problems as well. Banking sector has hell lot of corruption and you will feel very insecure if you are moral.

Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.

Govt. job even if you don't work you will get the same same salary as others.

Dislikes

Lot of manipulation in promotions , if you have connections then only expect promotion. If you have taken a work no one will get involved in it and even if anything happens the same people will come to blame you.
