The company policy is good, work life balance is also there and appraisal is also generous

Dislikes

There is no variable pay during the year end. What ever appraisal you get that is the only hike. Sometime team policy gets little irritating with numerous trackers or surveys to fill. The managers runs after you to fill these in nessary things way before the end dates.

Great company to learn and grow, you can get an exposure to work with some of the biggest brands, experience can be differ depending on the agency you are working in.

Most of the employees switches the company within 2 years, working culture can depend on the team you are working in.

Only toxic managers entering from Google 3rd party and running their ego centric agenda. No increment, promotion, appraisal nothing. Only buttering, favouritism and toxicity left. Company ethics going down the drain.
