Monthly Payment done on right time.

Very bad situation. Work and family cannot be balanced. Duty Hours Long 10/12 hrs. Very little leave. Only 12 leaves in a year. Apply only 4 leaves at a time. The work does not follow the IATF system. The machine does not operate as per production planning. Continue with the immediate workload. A 10 hour person in staff does 12 hours duty. And a 12 hour worker works 13/14 hours. So he gets very disappointed. And he doesn't even get a weekly holiday. Messages come anytime on WhatsApp application. There is no time for them. Due to this, a person comes under tension. It can be said that this company runs on WhatsApp. Continue call coming. Even you have on leave or weekly off .
