they not fuscous on talent DGM don't have Ops knowledge company hire 11 lpa picker packer in DGM designation, HR not even bother what happened in ground, no work life balance 16hr duty daily and without OT, DGM and HOD provoke to send wrong dispatch, Maximum SLA breach due to unproper un skill team,
