I like the remuneration process of the company they gave us salary on time.

Dislikes

Lockdown was start at 23rd of March and we gave our best in the past three weeks of march but the company said that we cannot afford to give salary of March.The management planning was very poor at the time of COVID-19. All the companies gave to employees work from home but the provana didn't provide us work from home. Thay said to employees we will cut your wages and also we can terminate you due to the covid-19. This type of cheap activity will leads a company to its downfall. I just totally condemn it.😡😡🤬

My learning experience so far is good, but the salary is low as compared with the efforts we put every single day.

The one thing which I like about provana is Ontime salary , not delayed.

Dislikes

The one thing which I dislike about provana is there is no job security for new joiners, if any economic disater occur, they will primarily kick out new joiners.

Hiring criteria is worst... They take multiple rounds to take candidate with minimal salary with all field expert (quality, trainings, transition, Team Management,) keep candidates on hold for long. When it comes on salary discussion they won't get back to you. Why to wate people time n energy when you know what was candidates prior salary.

Tere are a lot of things to learn and growth opportunity is very high and the compensation & benefits are very good.

Dislikes

There are not much points to dislike this company but only thing that I would like to mention here is the work culture is not very good.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
