we got 3 days of training the trainers are really good and understanding.

Dislikes

They didn't provide proper training for the job, and No team leader to assign the work—a lack of good management. sometimes they call their employees for a whole week. not even Sunday is off. The manager of the company cancels the cabs for the entire team due to workload it's not 9.5 we have to 13hrs in the office.
