There I was a quality engineer. I face every different problems in my work but every different problems has a different way to solve which I learn and I got how to find out the solution of problems. I had got many technical support from my seniors and they are too friendly.

Dislikes

Low salary, delay of payment and no increment. These problems are disappointed me.

Company is equipped with latest technology and modern manufacturing processes. It provides a proper base to gain understanding of automobile manufacturing(sheet metal components) . It is best suited for creating cost effective methods for manufacturing of sheet metal parts.

Work timings is quite hectic and weekends are on Thursdays.

Bad work environment loat of nepotism,unsupportive team and bad management unsecure job becouse employer benifits are zero the compnay policies are worest and unfair they give loset salary and no bonuse aftre 2yrs . so its bad

Very good Skillfull Team, training in trems of upgraadation required to all of them, those who work faithfully for them no need to worry for job security, definately growth is there, Salary also good but delays, Lot of traveling is required, Politics is 20%, Lerning is depends on us always, Work Envornment is good, its with freedom, etc.
