The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. ( + ) I love the fact that I was part of Core Development Team. ( + ) Also got chance to interact with Clients at their site. ( + )

Dislikes

... demos to new clients. This leads us to work till night for 12-16 hours. ( - ) Compensation is just ok. ( - ) Client appreciation emails mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. ( - ) Feedback Policy ( - )

No appreciation from managers, low salary, things getting shutdown which the people uses most commonly. HRs are no good at all, not even in looks nor have any personality (marks would be 0/10)

Good for Fresher's at least 2 year. Best thing is you will have to do everything. You will learn basics of programming in depth. It will benefits you after you join other company. Good framework to work.

The thing what I liked working with the Proteus Technologies Pvt Ltd, is you have to do everything even after there are separate departments for it.

The thing what I dislike working with the Proteus Technologies Pvt Ltd., is you have to do everything even after there are separate departments for it. And if you smile through your working then the management (the lady "Shiri Bhagar") has the perception that you don't have any work to do so you are laughing,smiling and happy.
