Its a place where we develop ourselves with the skills inside we hold to shape for a right time and it's creates friendly environment and opportunities to learn new things and will have an idea about the work nature and providing quality food for all employees is the BEST thing in Propelld.

Month end is Sunday have to work in office and working on Saturday in full time is not comfortable

Once you build a business from scratch they pressurise you ask you to resign and regional managers are biased. your have to request and beg for on time claim settlements. Personal relations are always above professionalism. Owners do not care about employee and many people on higher ranks have a use and throw policy

It will be good platform for freshers it's not for experience people

Target is good but management was very lack.They changed their policy everyday. They told me when I was join to Propelld that TA also available but it's not available after 1 month of joined the company!
