Propelld is a leading fintech platform that enables students to access funding for their education. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Business Development & Sales to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and optimize our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Manage and drive annual sales exceeding - 110Cr with a 30-35% YoY growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and execute partnerships to boost customer acquisition by 30%.
- Account Management: Optimize key accounts to maintain low NPA rates (<1%) and improve IRR (20-22%).
- Sales Strategy & Cost Management: Reduce sales costs while maintaining cost margins.
- Team Leadership & Retention: Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and maintain 0% attrition.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Market & Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments, offboard high-risk institutions, and enhance new client onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development & Sales, preferably in Fintech or NBFCs.
- Proven ability to scale business revenue and manage loan operations.
- Strong background in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, and Digital Lending.
- Expertise in market research, strategic planning, and business operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with an ability to track sales performance.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
