I worked as Account Associate for 1 year Pre-sales for Voice Platform. Overall Experience was good. I got opportunity to learn. Good for fresher.

As I said good for fresher. Career Growth is slow. Salary Structure is same for entry level profile not increased.

...nge business strategy to maintain a sustainable growth which is somehow lacking. Pay structure is decent but increment is not happening in company level. Compensation structure is not uniform.

I had worked with progility for 3 years as a service engineer.overall good company.Company is best for freshers those who have started their carrier in communication field.you can learn here AV system (mcu,rmx),epabx system, networking.But appraisal is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

Nothing, they use people for there work and once there work is done they kick you out as a use and through stuff. Humiliate and threaten to resign otherwise they terminate you and send office boy to collect your office laptop from your home.

Dislikes

Nothing is good. Nothing is free here, Even they cut salary for Transport service and not paying full salary from last 2 months. They don't have cafeteria

Workload Distribution: Expecting juniors to handle senior-level responsibilities without proper support or recognition creates inefficiency and burnout. Work should be assigned based on experience and capability. 3. Work vs. Showoff Culture: Instead of focusing on appearances, leadership should prioritize productivity and employee well-being. A results-driven approach will be more beneficial for the company. 4. Respect for Employees: A professional and respectful work environment leads to better morale and efficiency. Senior management should lead by example rather than speaking rudely or disregarding employees’ efforts.
