...nge business strategy to maintain a sustainable growth which is somehow lacking. Pay structure is decent but increment is not happening in company level. Compensation structure is not uniform.

I had worked with progility for 3 years as a service engineer.overall good company.Company is best for freshers those who have started their carrier in communication field.you can learn here AV system (mcu,rmx),epabx system, networking.But appraisal is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing, they use people for there work and once there work is done they kick you out as a use and through stuff. Humiliate and threaten to resign otherwise they terminate you and send office boy to collect your office laptop from your home.
