As I said good for fresher. Career Growth is slow. Salary Structure is same for entry level profile not increased.

Managers are unprofessional, unpolished. They are old school.They are unable to handle things in professional manner.Government of India encourages women employees .But women's are neglected in private companies .paid less.

Managers lack professionlism being a reputed uk based MNC the top managers are expected to behave in professional manners and language should not be abusive, use of bad words should be avoided. Shouting ,yelling is common even the head is behaving like sadakchap .I think the standard needs to be improved.some old folks forget they are in MNC. Etiquette need to be taught.

For freshers there is no any respect from seniors, seniors every time find out way to tourcher. And the man in the management does not care about his team. he only cares about results. Even he doesn't trust on freshers. He only listens to seniors. If anything happens wrong seniors put blame on freshers. Blame game and politics happens among team.
