it's good platform to learn and improve ur skills by the help of senior staffs and make ur carrier better. and only permanent employees are eligible for company benefits like increments and helth insurance and loans etc contract peoples are not eligible for that offers that is majar disadvantag. One more thing please give to opportunities for freshers. And give the opportunitys to freshers talented people thay only make and better results in future. And one more thing I have faced real time permanent and non permanent employees are lots of different between them. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

There is no co-ordination between manager to employee and there is no quick response to the solving solutions(customer needs).

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
