Progility Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading systems integrator in the field of communications and collaboration systems for corporate and government customers in India. With a 25+ years track record, the company is now set to embark on a new phase of growth and organizational development, and we are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Head in Hyderabad & reporting to the South Sales Head respectively.



Objectives of this role:

The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving the growth, achieving revenue targets and profitability of the companys products and services within the assigned region. This role involves leading sales team, developing & executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, leading sales team, analyses market trends, monitors competitor activity, recommends improving sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

The Regional Sales Head will closely with South Sales Head to align regional goals with the company’s overall objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • • Sales Strategy and Planning o Develop and implement region specific sales strategies o Set and achieve regional sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • • Business Development o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large scale projects in system integration of Video, Audio, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, UCaaS across industries to Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners to enhance the company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present tailored system integration solutions to potential clients.
  • Sales Operations
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales processes.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management on regional sales performance and market conditions. Establish sales plan for regional numbers in support of company level figures.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Coordination o Work closely with other departments, including project management, presales, service, commercial, procurement & SCM and finance to ensure seamless delivery of system integration projects. o Coordinate with marketing to develop and implement regional campaigns with partners, OEM’s that generate leads and raise brand awareness. o Represent Progility at industry, OEM events, conferences and trade shows to network and promote system integration solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Management o Lead, motivate and manage a regional sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve sales objectives. o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and develop individual growth plans for team members. o Foster a collaborative and results driven team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • • 10 -15 years of rich experience in Sales of Solutions for Audio/Video/Data Networking, Cyber Security OEM partner and supply chain management.
  • • Candidate should have excellent contacts with OEMS, suppliers, contractor, architects.
  • • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading driving change to improve performance
  • • Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
  • • Builds strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • • Ability to ensure effective team work, collaborative behavior and team spirit
  • • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have strong connects with Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, Zoom etc also networking CISCIO, Juniper, Aruba.


Qualifications & Experience: • BE – ECE/DECE/Bsc/BTech in Electronics/MBA/MCA/Any Graduate
