It's good for experience candidates and engineering students. They can get benefits a lot in all the aspects. Here the onsite opportunity will be available in early stage of career.

They treat science students like down people. Will not provide any hike and salary compensation to science students.

Really Job Security is good. Even in this pandemic situations, none of them have been fired from company.

Very Poor in Compensation & Benefits. Not even 5% is provided as Hike amount and no much additional benefits like other companies providing.

It depends on the manager that you're being assigned to.

...ea about what is happening in the roots. It's like the proverb, rich get richer. Poor compensation and appraisal. Managers are getting promoted to directors. Here I'm writing this without promotion and compensation. I certainly won't recommend Prodapt as a good option, unless you're above the grade of lead or manager.

No balanced work life, Politics, Less hike sometime no hike, Struggle reach out top management. Mean while no proper response

Good place to work and nice compensation (if u negotiate good before joining)

Poor HR department. They do not care about employees. They will make new rules which will make employees go mad. Cafeteria has limited options and only veg. Management ppl were not winning any projects, Many ppl are in bench and eventually laid off.
