Pro-vigil lacks leadership and vision. Leadership lacks expertise in setting up management and goals setting. They pressurize everyone for outcome even though goals and scope are impossible. HR department showcase themselves of being honest but that's not the case. HR department itself have high attrition rate. Employees who complete 3-5 years are considered to be threat or of no use.

People can work happily for this position because of less work in the process. For the entry level people who looks for only money can happily join this company but for the experience candidate my suggestion is to avoid this company

... has i was working its nothing like that just a conversational skills is enough. later second round is aptitude and third round is Ops manager and last HR & salary discussion. First 3 rounds will happen on same day if everything went well. But the first round made be very frustrated they dont even bothered about the 9 members and others members in the other group discussion. Employees: Very friendly and supportive. Shifts: 24/7 fully rostered very month Management: Other team managers or good but when comes to CSS team the worst manager and TL's i have seen, TL's they dont do there work and put there work on teammates and they do have fun. TL's they keep gossiping things in & out and they keep grudges and escalate very small issue to manager like not updating break on chats, Most of the time these TL's sleep on floor at work place if teammates sleeps they escalate to manager. The manager is no 1 manipulator she keeps pointing out small issue and escalating things itseems she is here in this company to raise small small issues. Rules & Regulations: None follows the rules but yet the management wontedly keeps on eye on who is not following and make sure to highlight them and fire. HR: HR Admins & Recruiters are good but they doesn't have knowledge there no proper procedure they just follow their manager and the manager she is not at all fit to that position but unfortunately she is the manager for this location, she is not at all employee centric shows so much of attitude towards employees doesn't interact with teams she thinks she is engaging with activities but those activities are so bored like some shown in the local TV shows. No proper rules they will fire people whenever they wanted too without intimations. Location Head: An other attitude person from the company after manager and HR. He made a girl who has less experience for a team as teamlead and provided everything to her so most of the people understood right what kind of person he is, If someone raise these kind of issue to HR about him they suppress the issue then and there So much of bossy attitude if someone doesn't listens to him or raise a voice the next day as you all know we will be fired. Salary: I would suggest ok not so good but yes for salary you can work without bothering anyone minding your own business. Hashtags: Worst company, No ethics, Not employee centric,

Zero sanity, toxic people due to which work culture is also terribly toxicated lots of politics and favourism and no scope of any learning and development kind of a thing because from L&D team people keeps on leaving the company because they figured it out that it's not possible to work in that toxic work culture so in a nutshell it's not worthy to waste your worthy precious time and hardwork to give to such a company which doesn't gives you any importance for your contribution and hardwork overall not a wise decision to join this company because I just wanted to help the people who are thinking to join this company because I have already been with this company

HR director is one of the Jem of person and who has all the right kind of experience who can take provigil to different heights. I was part of the team when it was expanding, i resigned on my personal concern otherwise company environment and team members are good.
