Worst company ever in My life worked for. In sales dept, Lot of useless peoples are working without even going to Market. Increment is Worst part. An Fool who has no knowledge in Concrete has come to Top position in Mumbai. Only Fools and Fit for nothing people's only work here. Commercial dept peoples are taking huge commission from vendors and they are running side business also

The pay scales are good. Incentives are there. You don't need to follow up for TA/DA/Bonus/LTA or incentive.

Dislikes

There is no personal space. Huge pressure of collection and day to day order. You have to be active 24 hours and attend the phone.Your family have to work with you. You have to prove your worth within three months else company will make your life hell and you have to put down paper.

They are having mostly franchise plant in Bangalore region and they are the worst. Franchise people won't support at all. Plant team is stuck all the time. Franchise team will not spare any manpower for Basic things like stock checking and plant cleaning. Everyday they will fight over everything. Overall its the worst company in my career

Waste of time working this company under Suresh and Narender. Worst management Mental harresmenent. Narender never cometo duty every month 15 days minimum and signs all attendance at once. I refer non to join this company on Suresh n narendra
