Geniunely nothing as such, tried to remain positive or thought of being one to focus on work, but everything prompted me to quit in few months.

1) Toxic work environment, highly won't recommend even if you are fresher and getting oppourtinity. 2) Before joining have conversation with sales team, don't just direclty join if you got the job. 3) For Mumbai, there are two lady government type HR and have dominant attitude, they don't provide docs on time, even after many follow up you will have to convince branch manager to call to her. It took multiple fp even to get company sim card, basic required docs. Even after such many complain they haven't replace HR. During the same few months many sales guy left the organisation. I hope they could improve this. I am very happy and statisfied that I left early, I am reviewing this after 1 year, I am happy where I am working now and surely can say that the work culture is far better than theirs....Read More
