As with any organization, it has its own pressure, but it makes you independent and there is opportunity to learn

Dislikes

Because the margin is generally very low in ready mix concrete industry, the benefits and hikes are nothing appreciative. They can do better in making best use of young talents. Some of us are given the most irrelevant responsibilities for our qualification.

As a fresher, it can be quite complicated as there is no specific training for a role like mine. But I happened to learn a lot under pressure.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

They are having mostly franchise plant in Bangalore region and they are the worst. Franchise people won't support at all. Plant team is stuck all the time. Franchise team will not spare any manpower for Basic things like stock checking and plant cleaning. Everyday they will fight over everything. Overall its the worst company in my career
