Work culture is good with the teams but not in the organisation.

Dislikes

As to be very frankly that I’m not satisfied with the work and getting salary and coming about the work culture is worst then the team bonding I’m frustrated with the managers and there is no holidays will be providing if there is sick also.

Changing culture, not paying deserved salary to laterals, causing a huge gap between new joiners salaries and laterals salary structure

...eason 3. Notice period is 3 months 4. Lack of maturity with new management 5. No HR - Employee colloboration rather blind trust on managers on even salary discussion. 5. No way to get individual Manager's feedback rather as group which helps poor manager to be still safe side.

When I was working there its medical insurance and transport facility were was very good

...t Performance team. Their managers are useless, and use PIP to fire employees 6. DO NOT join even if you are getting the best or your dream package/CTC

I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

Dislikes

...payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%. You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive.
