It's a company with around 1000 employees. It has several departments like medical billing, coding, ROI, core measures, denial management, case management, IT etc. For my department there aren't shift allowances for day, and night shift allowance is 100₹ unlike other departments who are getting 250₹. Hike process is yearly in june but it will take up to September, so I haven't got single hike eventhough I have worked for 1 year 5months. The increase in salaries after hike is about 1000₹. There is health insurance but parents are excluded. There is only cab transport for night shifts and won't give transport allowance even though not using cab. Coming to innovation it took three years for them to have an idea of making software to carry out work.The company isn't for people who are looking forward. There will be some glitches in every department of the company. If you are satisfied with less work with no area of improvement, having less salaries with minor improvement in hike you can go for it.

No area of improvement, No yearly bonus, same salary even after promoted with increase of work and responsibilities, No health insurance for parents, No free food or provision of food with less cost, No team outings if you want one you have to plan it with your own budget outside od working hours, No work from home, No Mobile phone allow

Strictly there is no Employee safety in the company. No professionalism or corporate culture and no employee benefits. For name sake it is an healthcare company and it does not care about the health of employees though they get sick with corona where the entire world is fighting against corona to help people in this pandemic.

...WiFi or Current bill amount was not provided by the company to work from home. We have to pay everything from our hand. It's been one year we have been waiting for the appraisal which was cancelled this year and no information about it if that is going to happen or not We cannot expect any Incentives. They force employees to work extra hours for free. It's poor management and HRs dosen't treate employees well.

Most useless appraisal system since it's inception, too much chamchagiri, anyone can become TL or AM by virtue of cost cutting, since it's inception company is unable to provide canteen space on to floor for employees.
