It's a company with around 1000 employees. It has several departments like medical billing, coding, ROI, core measures, denial management, case management, IT etc. For my department there aren't shift allowances for day, and night shift allowance is 100₹ unlike other departments who are getting 250₹. Hike process is yearly in june but it will take up to September, so I haven't got single hike eventhough I have worked for 1 year 5months. The increase in salaries after hike is about 1000₹. There is health insurance but parents are excluded. There is only cab transport for night shifts and won't give transport allowance even though not using cab. Coming to innovation it took three years for them to have an idea of making software to carry out work.The company isn't for people who are looking forward. There will be some glitches in every department of the company. If you are satisfied with less work with no area of improvement, having less salaries with minor improvement in hike you can go for it.

I have joined this company with good package. My package was 7,50,000/- when I have joined the company in November 2022. Everything is fine in this company but there is no cafeteria only.

Salary Payments Were on Time- The only positive aspect was that salaries were paid on time, but that doesn't compensate for unethical work environment. Some Good Colleagues- A few team members were supportive, but the overall work culture was toxic. Decent Infrastructure- Office facilities were adequate, but that's meaningless when employee rights are violated.

Toxic Work Culture and Favoritism- Promotions and recognitions were based on favoritism rather than merit. Managers protect their close associates while mistreating others. Unethical HR Practices- HR falsely assures employees but never resolves issues. In my case, they promised to release my employment documents but later backed out, affecting my future job prospects. Wrongful Termination and Career Sabotage- I was terminated unfairly without proper justification and left without my experience letter, causing huge financial and emotional distress. Unresponsive and Corrupt Management- Higher-ups, including Rajesh Ravichandran, Suresh Ramakrishnan, Gourabh Mukherjee, Keerthi Kurra and Sridevi Menon ignored all my attempts to resolve my concerns. Severe Financial Consequences- Due to their negligence, I incurred over Rs 1,00,000 in financial damages, lost job opportunities, and was forced to take loans. No Job Security- Employees are treated as disposable. Even if you perform well, you can be suddenly fired without notice. Legal and Public Actions Taken- I have sent a legal notice to the company and will escalate further if they fail to act. THIS COMPANY VIOLATES INDIAN LABOR LAWS, and I am pursuing justice through legal authorities.

Strictly there is no Employee safety in the company. No professionalism or corporate culture and no employee benefits. For name sake it is an healthcare company and it does not care about the health of employees though they get sick with corona where the entire world is fighting against corona to help people in this pandemic.
