Everything... Company does not know where to focus.. Leadership is worst.. Compensation plans pathetic.. CFO and COO does not focus on bringing business all they know how to save money from cutting employees benefit.. Annual function stopped, birthday celebration stopped, travelling allowance discarded, incentives not given from last one year, increament not given on time, increament given to favourite employess n not the deserving ones.. Even getting 5/5 rating no increament.. Awesome.. Never seen such pathetic company

...good hike but all efforts are wasted...there is no employee satisfaction at all. No Diwali bonus even holidays are reduced paid leaves are reduced. I would say worst company working with. Even after having Saturday Sunday week off we use to come Saturday to complete companies back log still they can't give appraisel and appraisal they after 1 year 6 months so the amount which we use to get in April we received in September that too from 100 people only 5-6 got appraisal. HR does not have any answers of our questions I would suggest not to join IKS .

First thing we were informed there is no target than they started to give targets than started pressurizing till you don't complete you can't leave for the day. No employee satisfaction at all they never think about employees they just want their work to be done. Worst company 130 people dropped their papers in one month now you can imagine.

...money for that to get become a clock reminder and tell HR,TL to get that money . They told me after 6 month there will be hike on the salary which i didn't get i told the same issue to my supervisor and even to the director they told we don't that no appraisal before 1 year and no company give any amount of appraisal in 6 month. I left that company in they company they told all the things which IKS promised but here i got everything even appraisal in 6month when i completed my probation period .

...ing principle for their employees. No matter how hard you work, you get nothing. You will get a lot of work, you will be promoted too, but you salary will always be a concern if you compare it against the market. You won't be able to manage your expenses and you won't feel that you are financially rewarded as per the tenure in the organization. It is better to switch from this organization, once you are promoted.
