Strict 9 hours of working 10 to 7 no PF esi nothing employer do not allow you to take leave no leave no fixed internal policy it changes every month no flexibility in work no freedom in work employers always look on you and also look on your computer screen every time what you do..no flexibility in the work. CEO is pshyco person he need treatment he will creat unrealistic pressure on your life he will thing he will give money so that he can control on your life how do you lead your life the suggestion will came from him..and also so he is control fricted person.he will took candidate as a employees that person who has back ground problem like family problem financial problems etc.so that this is control over there life by giving them only money nothing more than that. One thing you from this organisation is only money as a salery nothing more than that no facility no flexibility on work nothing..join these organisation at your own risk at 1st his behaviour is so good but after few days gone you will able to understand how pshyco he was..and Every thing in the organisation is control by him.

Excellent work opportunities especially for freshers eager to learn and pursue their career in HR. Great colleagues and friendly ambience, perfect for work. Excellent timings, rarely need to stretch, work from home opportunities are also available. Payments are at par with industry standards and always made on time.

Dislikes

The not so good part is that there is no PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Gratuity.Too much micromanagement, the owner/ boss has erratic nature, very rude, whimsical and not at all flexible. Does not allow employees to take leaves. If he doesn't like an employee, he can go bad mouthing about the employee.
